For Artesan herring, the best pieces of herring are hand-selected and the products are packaged in glass jars by hand in our production. In the preparation of Artesan herring, we use fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Five flavor options: onion, gin-juniper, lingonberry-cloudberry, black currant and strawberry-champagne.
