Made from herring caught in the pure waters of Iceland, matured whole in barrels at least for six months before being filleted and cut ointo pieces. The herring is MSC-certified. Three ready-made sauce flavors: matjes, tomato and spicy.

Ingredients: HERRING 60% (Clupea harengus, caught with purse seine in the North East Atlantic fao area 27.5.a Iceland Grounds), sugar, water, salt, vinegar, spices (black pepper, cinnamon, ginger, redwood, allspice, oregano), redwine, onion, preservative (E211), spice extracts, thickener (E415).
